They didn't have to look, weren't directed to it and when some asked a question as a few would, my answer was that I'm not an attorney and I can't give legal advice to title issues.You'd think that those at the auction would be closed lipped, but no, someone would ask a question and someone else would often answer them in a rather matter of fact way.

Like an 2.5 etc.If you are in the range of market rents, I think having an adjustment to market rates is probably not unconscionable should that person stay on.The seller being tight lipped about the renter could be a red a flag or maybe not.
