Those aren’t typical Airbnb’s. 3-6 month corporate rentals aren’t in the same league.

Nobody should own an electric car that only drives 6,000 miles per year.Tesla leads the league with 4 miles per kWh.

I would stick with a single family 6-9 bedroom as there are far less of those than condos, townhomes and smaller single family..so more opportunity to capture larger families, tour groups, sports league tournaments etc.Hope this helps!

Currently my primary residence is in League City, TX and I have a property under contract (hard money) in Galveston , TX (27 miles away).

My business partner and I have been in sales for 15+ years so we scoured social (online) and real businesses and pitched them for 1-2 years (2017-2018)Once we got 1-2 major contracts (minor league hockey team & health care company), word of mouth and reputation did most of the work. 

Floodlights are great, sure, but they're not in the same league as cameras.

I’m a month out from moving to the Houston, Texas are and I think I’ve got my eyes locked on League City as a place to live.
