This guy will not want the leadership in his command being all in his business plus if it turns out the law is on your side he will get is *** handed to him big time.

Financially speaking, you'll do much better exercising some leadership to improve your area and you've got to lead by example.

So look for areas that are growing, have a strong jobs outlook and leadership that is business and growth friendly.

The intention was to stay in the unit for 1 year working remotely with intermittent travel back to California, however, I had a leadership change who no longer supported this arrangement.

I honestly think that before you go that route you work the leadership resolution route.
