When I painted the house back in 1998, it was the brightest neon yellow color the Home Depot had in it's color chart that could be made, side note, one day as I was outside the house a couple of detectives in an unmarked car came by and stopped to talk with me "the white guy in the hood"and after talking to me for a few minutes and finding out why I painted the house neon yellow, told me that this house somehow was used in a New Jersey landmark drug case, it never ceases to amaze me what I run across.

But, there are several landmarks/icons of the Roanoke skyline that are the key points of the neighborhood; i.e. the Hotel Roanoke and the Roanoke Catholic School.

@JD Martin If I remember correctly, the landmark case that established ghosts (or haunting reports) as something the seller must disclose to buyer, as a form of buyer protection, was in Connecticut.

Also, two churches, one that’s a historic landmark are for sale that are super close to “the action”.

I agree with Corina--Educator's Credit Union and Landmark Credit Union are great but I'm not sure if they work with out of state investors but there are lots of other ones.

At most they will try to find the landmarks/stakes that are located on the publicly available survey.

I’m sure you gave them good directions and also used landmarks like churches, stores or monuments, so they could find you easily.

Used a few upcoming landmarks as a guide to the areas I'd like to invest in.
