I don’t have any STR but we do have a couple of cleaning ladies that come in and spend a couple hours at our house for $100.

Her family member left this poor lady with a dead house which is one reason I'm trying to figure out a way to buy this house from her without ever having to deal with the family. 

The nice lady didn't qualify for a conventional loan because her taxes were a mess (she had a few properties and wrote everything and its mother off). 

The tenant who is in our KCMO housing is a perfect easy tenant (an older lady who has been in the same house for years) and we haven’t had too many issues except when the house failed inspection over something minor they didn’t pay us rent for 2 months.

That's (1/6) the dry surface area of the planet.A lady in Australia named Gina Rinehart owns 23 million acres of land.Ted Turner owns 2 million acres.The LDS Church owns more than 1.7 million acres.Bill Gates owns 270,000 acres of American farmland.The investment firm BlackRock owns the majority of single family houses in the country.Just saying.

I know that's a bit much.I mentioned this in the other thread where the lender lady ran a victory lap with fincen and LLCs.
