;-) Tim you would make it seem like i dislike america, i don't i love this country, i served in the navy for four years to do my part.I honestly like the old american idea where we don't intervene in other countries civil wars etc. we have two huge oceans to keep away terror from our shores, that worked for quite sometime and when that sovereignty was broken on 9/11 we should have went for the true terrorist.

I asked my title officer if she would issue a letter to the lender explaining this is unenforceable and uninsurable and her legal department said she could no longer intervene.
