I love the website and podcast, and it’s inspired us to start our real estate investment journey.

He bought his first property near the end of 2023, and seeing how easy he made it look got me motivated, and inspired to get into real estate investing I am nervous and scared since this is a big risk but I also know it's more of a risk doing nothing and missing out on opportunities.  

And maybe hoping my endeavor will continue to inspire our children to see, learn and motivate them into looking at this for themselves. 

I ask people to be open minded not because of only the Math which should not be disputed, but also because I put my money where my Math is and it paid me back phenomenally.I will probably inspire only a few of the readers because the work is hard.
