I have a US Incorporation and need to get the taxes completed.

I would like suggestions on which incorporation vehicle is best for me in Florida  I currently have a FL LLC to use for making hard money loans or flipping properties.  

So hopefully I can incorporate their goals  with my own goals to build my rental portfolio. 

Thanks for weighing in, that's helpful to hear.I'm not in incorporated Sonoma and so there are a number of vacation rentals on my street too.I did live right off the Plaza for a number of years though and you can't beat the location for walkability!

You will also need the incorporation documents to set up your business bank accounts.  

You also might want to think about incorporating and writing a small business plan to show commercial lenders that you are serious.

I will definitely be researching more on the subject to look to incorporating that into my investing. 

So for an individual, it would be something like "John Doe, an adult, who resides at _______________________" For LLCs, it would look like "Blah LLC, a _____________ (State of Incorporation) Limited Liability Company, with a registered office at _______________".
