@Nicholas Landis there is a company called Icon that has already completed a home in East Austin.

There is no good explanation for this as I invest in Zillow and Realtor.com to get in contact with homebuyers/investors like yourself and I don't see how anyone can just dump $$ away and NOT follow up with their contacts.I'd highly recommend clicking HERE for BP to match you with an investor-friendly agent in your target market.You can also hit the search icon to look for past forum posts written by folks in your target area.

The green ones are homes, but the blue icon next to the bottom/center green home is my large (~200 unit) Sunnside property.   

In a quick member search (top right of your screen with magnifying glass icon) searching for "members" and "Alabama" I got hundreds of hits.I also recommend you find local real estate meet ups (in person or virtual) and start there as well.
