Great for people with pets since they trash carpet faster due to accidents. 

I did door to door sales for a cable company and was #1 in my region til I got into a car accident. 

But if you ever ran into a situation like health, accident, etc. forcing you to liquidate some or all of your assets, it would be nice to know your end buyers won't have any issues lining up financing.

I became a landlord by accident and hoping to grow in real estate investing.

The long story short is this-Unless I find something horrifically wrong, the 10 unit apartment complex I'm looking at looks like a good value.

Your business tenant with whom you have a lease agreement, and it requires you be named as an additional insured on their commercial general liability policy, has a slip and fall accident in their store.

The accident wasn't his fault, but because the other driver fled the country my friend couldn't recover any money and got stuck with the large hospital bill that he couldn't afford, which ultimately went to collections. 

My life has changed 4 years ago after my fatal car accident which cost me my right leg and with that tragic accident I am turning into this dream I’ve always had about real estate investments but back then I was to busy so I thought working for a living thinking I never had time.

He lives out of his boat on ss and lost his leg from a motorcycle accident and is on pain meds and could use some money to sail off to wherever the wind takes him next and I could have a part in that lol.
