Run the house hacking numbers.

The reason I post this here is because I got totally different answers from two CPAsHere is the story:I bought the house as investment property and run it as STR for the last two years.

Get your CRM up and running and keep in contact with everyone with content about the market, keeping in touch with past clients - just asking them how their house is, let them know that you were thinking of them when you drove past the house,  ask them if they made any improvements, etc.

Although I don’t have experience in house flipping yet, I’ve successfully run a construction business back home.Due to the war, my family and I had to search for a new place to live.

We were going to partner together on it where I build and run a STR on it.

I also run investor retreats out of them so they serve multiple purposes.I would say that it takes a specific person who wants to invest in Costa Rica.

It runs us normally about $175/lot installed.

Personally, I've felt the investment has been poorly run in almost every possible way.

Unfortunately, we get too many calls from clients that got the run around, poor communication and service and/or were the victims of a "bait and switch".
