Good guy, and handsome... jkfirst let me clarify... city water and sewer is saying your water lines and your sewer lins are being fed raw water from the city, and your waste heads out of your park into the city's sewer system.

2 handsome guys renovate houses cheaply and get big returns..........i dont know how they do it.....................lol.  1st their renovation costs are extremely low....they must cheat or they are using their own labor.

My guess is that you probably wont start out making a killing right away, but within a couple of years you're going to be cash flowing handsomely.

You guys have an awesome arrangement with this partner, and if they will continue to fund your deals, you should continue to pay them handsomely (as you have been).On one hand, you're paying them a good bit more than you would be paying a private lender or a hard money lender.
