Your pay is more likely to be salary than a percentage (except for the REALLY big stuff).

Would you mind answering my question at the end of this paragraph (2nd to last sentence) sorry I typed a lot of other stuff you don't need to read..I never would have thought a conventional loan at a big bank would have such twisted fine print.  

When you have unscheduled entry as an option, I think it encourages them to do weird stuff like hide stuff in weird spots, etc because they are always on guard.Hoarders clauses would have to be linked to fire codes I think for excess people and materials near fire sources, etc.

Wholesaler is stuff is mostly bottom of the barrel. 

Someone paying 1,000 likely wants 100 hours of time as they will struggle with lots of stuff and blame someone other than themselves when they don't follow all the steps because they are lazy or don't want to put in the steps to lay the foundation.The foundation isn't sexy.

We bought couches from Lazyboy that have held up really well and I expect they will last many more years.Some Amazon stuff is good, read the reviews.

Glad that you finally got some communication.Investor relations and keeping your investors up to date (especially when it's bad news) is basic stuff and very important no matter what size your fund is.

Attention to detail is a big one for me, make sure when they wrap up jobs they do the right work and finish the job clean without having a ton of stuff missing 

Blinds would typically fall in the wheelhouse of the tenant but some landlords do replace stuff like that.
