I would strongly recommend a membership with RHA (https://www.rhawa.org/). 

To be a member you'd need to be serving in some official capacity, but there are affiliate memberships I'm sure.

A Pro membership gives you the tools and resources you need to start, scale or manage your portfolio.

That is not even to mention the other stuff that comes with membership.

I know there are networking groups like ACRE and Pittsburgh REIA but I get the feeling that I'll be paying a membership fee to get talked at for a couple hours which is not what I'm looking for.

It doesn't matter the membership, each LLC owns a property. 

However, I have been reading and learning about Invelo and have been messing around with the free starter membership.
