The only thing that will resonate with me are actual numbers instead of the many platitudes that have been spoken here on this thread.

Most people resonate with that and I eventually get the listing.  80% of the leads turn into listing eventually. 

It means that not only is it rare, it’s unique and genuine. 

I'm here to genuinely connect, meet new people, and help out.

I tried hard to find someone who could be unbiased and genuine to share a word of wisdom, lesson or advice.

Even if the tenant's tone is a bit challenging, try to see things from their perspective—they might genuinely believe they're paying more than their fair share without individual meters.

Change your story each month as different stories will resonate with different people AND use each story to emphasize one of your “who do you know…” questions.
