@Kyle Stewart If you’re going to set up an actual insurance company, you need to deal with corporate formation, policy drafting, regulatory approval, reserve requirements, etc.

@Brice AlefI recommend finding a tax strategist that specializes in real estate taxation and LLC formation.

We used a company called Corporate Direct for our LLC and holding company formation and have been satisfied with them.

Whom do you use for a business entity formation?

I understand there are steps like subbing the taxes every time new tax bills are generated and sending the notices in a specific format as well but the county can help with.

Often times I see investor clients spend way too much money on fancy entity formations and annual filing fees. 

@Chris Seveney "We don’t know what they told their cpa" I asked the CPA to review the LLC formation docs BEFORE creating the company, got the green light to proceed without any warnings or advise.
