Is it possible to resurface a fiberglass shower surround?

We put in acrylic counter tops with built in sinks, 2 piece fiberglass shower, no garbage disposal, no W/D, etc etc.

The screen kit will probably come with the fiberglass mesh.. you can buy the aluminum screen mesh that's more durable and use that instead of what the kit comes with. 

We went with a new fiberglass sheeting (for roofing) on a large commercial metal roof building.It has held up extremely well given our snow load etc.

In Chicago, both low-slope and pitched (with fiberglass or asphalt shingles) are both common types.

Second, if they don't know what they are doing they can punch holes in your duct feeds, which are nothing but coiled wire wrapped in plastic wrapped with fiberglass insulation. 

One option is fiberglass overlays to cover the tile.

It is foolish to go to all that effort and NOT change the tub also, as you will need to tear it all out to do so once leaks start showing up in a space below or next to the tub.Re-glazing is usually a better option than a plastic or fiberglass kit, even though these kits can last a little longer.

From most descriptions the sound dampening insulation provides negligible improvements over fiberglass.

The easiest and most economical way to insulate it will be fiberglass batts in the wall.
