Now today on the 20th at 130pm with a close tike of 3 pm, the underwriter decides that they don't like that because I'm so young and so fat have only been an authorized user on a credit card (having been renting and paying for utilities for a year though) and haven't been making the payments, that now I would need to have a cosigner (which doesn't really work since everyone I know have too many write offs) so now I'm in limbo while I wait to see if there's any other solutions.

However I am concerned about getting too burned...I have now had numerous dealing with the sis and I realize she is consumate liar and can't be trusted.thanks all for your quick feedback.would you sell to her and be rid of it - or try to fight those leases and win a sweet 3 family?

The last thing I would want is to have a property break even with no fat to skim as a contingency. 

@Mary Burns, There is no hard staute prohibiting the purchase of a property from a related party. 

We can try to tell them, explain to them, and even make several posts about it, but they will keep shopping and end up getting burned in the end. 

So cash burn while your doing that. 

Wood burning hot tub would require guest to build a fire and wait hours for it to get hot enough.

@Marc Rice - that seems to be an accurate assessment, and I’d fire the fat old guy who’s responsible, but I’d miss me.

Lots of folks got burned badly in about 2013 and were underwater at renewal.
