Additionally, when completing the refi the reason supplied for doing the cash Out Refi would raise some eyebrows I would presume, but I figured the bank would just ensure those people are actually paid off much like they would with a reason being for a cash out to pay off or consolidate debt with me keeping the excess cash.

Based on your strategy of buy and hold, I'd certainly focus on the property management side of things as it's the toughest part of the business.My second choice (if you were going to flip at all and manage your own rehabs) would be something construction related.I routinely beat my competition on deals, profits, etc strictly because I'm a licensed GC and know the condition and numbers better than they do.

The wrapping itself doesn't degrade, it offers no clues or warnings about what's happening unless you look very closely.With typical modern double-sash vinyl replacement windows, maintenance on wooden exterior window trim goes from being difficult to routine -- you take out the sashes from the inside and work on the wood.

They jack up other fees And they routinely skip checking for “unrecorded liens” such as code violations, utilities, etc and Rxclude them from coverage in the B Rxvludions.
