Ask your current lender to extend .... 

Well, how about ya extend the same courtesy to tenant of not jumping on an assumption to them. 

Currently, we have a homeowner's policy which extends liability over the rentals. 

Would love to match with someone of the same age / energy level, but will keep an open mind.Also, I will likely be looking to extend my time in Cancun for 2-3 more nights (could be more).

It was not real clear as to duration the email count applied to (month, annual, other).  

Anything can happen: the market can shift, we can go into another extended lockout period, the property can be destroyed by a natural disaster or by vandalism, the list of contingencies is endless.

I'd also get proof of their insurance and say it must be active for the duration of their lease...and write rental insurance as part of the lease, so if they cancel it, you can get rid of them.

Hi @Allen Moore, I’m my experience with renting SFH’s in the Chicago suburbs, section 8 tenants have worked out way better for me than market rate tenants in terms of the duration of the tenancy, the rent level and the collections.

Is 4th ward pretty much the inside of the bend of the river and does it extend out much?
