You should estimate th property value using recent sales data.

It likely would require something grossly negligent with huge consequences to have a chance to go beyond my coverage and we are not that negligent.

To answer this question you'll want to get estimated accelerated depreciation for each of the properties and do a proforma on tax savings it would generate.

Also, as I prepare for estimates, would be helpful to know where my in year deductions actually are.
