Often times, policies exclude against “home-sharing” unless you specifically add them in via endorsement.

You typically want to look for a Builder’s Risk endorsement and a solid General Liabilty coverage amount.

I have cashed Trust checks by signing my name , trustee for XX Trust, and signing my name again as endorsing the check my self for the account it is being deposited into.
