I understand the first parts where creating a win-win deal is key, I just can't seem to find what happens  When it comes to closing real estate transactions, there are basically three ways to do it: (1) do it yourself (2) utilize real estate attorney or (3) utilize title co.  

It’s a nice win-win.Do different states have different success rates with tenants and housing vouchers?

Combine this with the deliberate targeting of unsophisticated investors or those without the resources to run ordinary diligence and you have a winning recipe.

If you’re getting the property for significantly under market, this strategy can still be advantageous and everyone wins, good luck.

As a certified advisor for both QBO and Xero, I have to say QBO wins however, you are talking about 6-7x the cost of QBO Plus. 

. :-) Even if you win the war, loosing the battle can easily wipe out all your profits and more.Think about that recent CA AirBnB case where the lady was in the guest house for almost 2 years with no rent?  

A small compromise is okay, but best location should win it.
