Now THAT'S embarrassing

We talked for a few minutes and asked where she was, they said she did not want to come out that she was too embarrassed to let anyone see her living there.

When transactions aren't going smoothly right before closing, it is easy for one or more of the people involved to become emotionally charged and react in ways that either anger or embarrass one or more of the others involved and can be inappropriate or unprofessional.

I want this constructive feedback so I can learn my mistake before embarrassing myself in front of potential private money investors.

She could no longer make payments, she "shelled up" and didn't say anything to the family, didnt seek help from professionals,  ruined her credit, owes a deficiency judgment, and is embarrassed to be around family members and friends who later found out the house is gone.
