Buildings that don’t offer “pawdicures” (yes, pet pedicures) or currently have a dog park could benefit by advertising the closest park to your building and providing trash bins/doggie bags along the way.

Chicago and cook county is a cesspool of corruption and incompetence that will leave all of its citizens holding the bailout bag.

They were cosmetic dust-overs at best.

I'm trying to absorb it all and then, once the dust settles, hope to find my place as a contributor the community.

I would not do this without ownership of a vacant house when the dust settles.My thoughts from experience.

Not trying to cast a lot of doom and gloom on what is intended to be a very kind and generous gift but I'd hate to see anyone let along a newbie investor get stuck with a bag of worms right from the get go.

lightly sand the panels to rough it up clean away the dust get a good primer,then paint it it comes out pretty good I did a room in a 1910 in atlantic city and it came out nice 

To be sure, there seems to be a danger of being the last person holding the bag.

Also, if you have any books about those subjects sitting on your book shelf that you have finished reading and don't want anymore, don't let it collect dust!!
