Hi @Haemi Jung - What's your draw to Champaign as opposed to your current market?

I’m trying to draw clarity on this situation and am looking for some consultation from someone who may have dealt with campgrounds and these jurisdictions.

What's the draw process / fees and how quickly will you have access to the funds? 

As a result I know of no title company that will insure a CD, and the real estate attorneys I know won’t even draw up CD docs.  

With that said, I'm looking for something in the US that draws 200+ investors with a lot of experience and has great presenters and is not all a sales pitch.

Everyone has different comfort levels of what and where they buy, so you just have to decide what's best for you.Typically I say go north....north of McKinney, or draw a circle around DFW and invest on the outskirts of that circle. 

Lots of metrics to draw on here for comparison purposes--number of accounts, users, wallets, transactions, etc.

Use a renovation loan where the initial rate is interest only under 7% and then you refinace into the perm loan when the builder or GC is done with the final draw.  

It draws heavily on the Port of Mobile, with executives there estimating that it will be bringing about 50,000 TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) of containers traffic now that it’s operational.
