I work full time and would do RE part time, hence Question #1.Buy and Hold seems to be all about percentages, but flipping sounds like a different mindset, hence Question #2.Any and all answers are appreciated :)Cheers,André

We did not have many attorneys in town that did RE transactions and just about every small town attroney in a 200 mile radius would do RE matters.

Also, I am happy that I got into RE before the investing side, because there's so many connections that have really helped me in this.So I guess, to answer your question, don't underestimate how hard it will be to transition, if you're like me and need to do RE while REI and not just quitting your RE to focus on the investing.

As you know from processing loans, it's a lot easier to get a loan if you have some income.Once you get a few deals going in RE, have systems that work, and want to scale, you could then get into RE full time.I'm not saying you can't do RE full time now though, that depends on your situation, experience, savings, etc.Good luck!

There is your revenue and then you have to look at what expenses they will have do "re-beautify" the complex along with simply operate.

My Uncle owns his own PT studio and he's able to schedule when he wants, though he's always business.So, if you're able to make up your own schedule it'll be a lot easier to do RE part time.
