Got RE License but also have Full Time Job

Good day, I know my situation is not unique. I got my RE license 10/2014 but have not used it. I'm currently a full time personal trainer but wanted to transition to RE sales. I see I can make more income as a agent. Is it worth it to be a agent on the weekends to develop skill & experience or should I jump in with both feet and quit my job. Obviously, there's a significant financial risk by leaving a job. Any suggestions? Julio

Being a trainer, do you make your own schedule? Can you carve out a couple days a week to devote to RE sales and getting into it slowly? That's what most people do with a full time job.  Say, Wednesday and Saturday you have time to go to the office, do research, meet people for listings....there is no reason you can't do both.
