Make sure to digest everything that comes your way and then apply to your personal situation accordingly.

Having fully digested Brandon Turner and J Scott's books we're convinced that House Hacking is the right way to start - eventually building our buy-and-hold portfolio.Only problem is that the inventory here is so tight that the prices have skyrocketed in and around Boston.

You can certainly go to                 to the Land Records and look things up yourself but you are asking for trouble if you think                   you can digest what it all means.
