@kevinshorter Private money is you answer..... some retired Dentist  was telling his wife last night the rate of return on there cash holdings are just to low.  

Private lenders are people you have some type of current relationship with, family, friends, neighbor, doctor, dentist, accountant, etc.

Such as a Owner Occupied Dentist doing repairs to his own real estate?
