I currently use Wells Fargo and it’s a pain in the butt to keep going there in person and setting up a security deposit account.

Congrats @Emily Pena - I'm also an agent (working mostly with investors), property manager and an investor myself (currently owning 26 rental units). 

I currently have a portfolio of SFH in Indiana and will always jump on a good deal for a SFH but I have been considering scaling up into multifamily commercial real estate (apartments, etc.)

– Considering Class A properties with established tenants• Less focus on appreciation – Prioritizing income stability over potential future gains Current Opportunity: I’m evaluating a retail property in downtown Portland with:• >80% occupancy, most tenants in place for 10+ years• Decent cap rate (6-7%), NNN lease• Well-maintained, high-quality building, with existing HOA which will take care of maintenance. 

I am currently in the Process of renovating my primary home.

There are currently tenants in both units, but both leases expire over the next couple months.

Do you currently own any rental properties? 

I am trying to get my RE License and I am currently enrolled in AYPO Real estate course.

I'm currently in a rent to own house we are moving out of and will be renovating and renting.
