They want $3000 dollars from me (I have 3 properties, each received the attached letter)This is the kings men poking you with a sharp stick and demanding your coins.

By coincidence our corporate office is actually in CO in Lakewood. 

On the other side of the coin we have been thinking of fix and flips but with no experience and a sort of apprehension to high interest loans and rehab costs, we wonder if this is even a good route for us.

Repayment, as of right now is $300/month for 10 years but I will most likely pay it off quicker.My rent is roughly $700/month including utilities, wifi, etc.I currently have about 15k in liquid assets/cash equivalents and then about 8k in less liquid assets (Mutual funds/Crypto).

With more room I would consider a coin-op but I don't think it will fit here.

@Josh Collins The previous Property Managment Co in Gilbert, AZ wasn't on top of the units and allowed 3 units to be vacant.

If they are all equally qualified (areas covered, knowledge about investing, etc) I'd tell them all that I'd decide with a series of coin flips and I'd tell them that you're doing that to avoid damaging the relationship that you value so much.It's a hard situation, but if you're upfront with everybody, you should minimize the chances of hurting your friends.  

Even have some crypto currency.
