Vern,  I am in complete agreement with you about why there can't be a place on the web (Connected Investors is too busy promoting their in-house lending company Lending Tree, to be willing to provide a forum for this type of thing.

Often, people leave flyers and when the homeowner googles them, there is no information about them (web page, llc, organization, etc.). 

Most people don't realize that the majority of web sites get their info from the MLS' for almost nothing, including Zillow.

Aloha Arman, I recommend to most people to crawl, walk, run, sprint, they fly. 

Is he running a very established business, lots of web presence, social media, referrals through “next door” type boards, to go after in small claims court.

Web based lead generation is your best option. 

Doesn’t hurt to tryI assume you did not engage an attorney before bidding or run a title report before bidding on these assets as Florida is also a super lien state  correct. im in a huge mess. i hired a lawyer so we will see if i am able to crawl out of this disaster . hope we can work something out with the lender so im not in a complete loss..
