Yes, it is possible, but the procedure is indeed confusing, and even we tax professionals, myself included, have made incorrect statements.It sounds like you have already filed your 2023 tax return.

I generally try to set my investors up for success with getting it leased for them (which is not part of a PM contract as some seem to be confused about above -- and tell them to let me know if they need to jump in and manage).
