I know some people use Podio but you have to configure it yourself so it's a pain to do.

Cost will depend on configuration, trim used etc. but I would anticipate you will spend $1200 to $1400. 

You just need to understand HOW the system is designed, and then determine if it is more cost effective to change the overall configuration, or simply mitigate potential abuses and simple inefficiency.If you are paying the heat, you better ensure you have adequate insulation, weatherstripping, and storm windows.

I am working right now on configuring it for wholesaling... if only they had a CRM specifically for Wholesaling. 

These are highly configurable and have the ability to set a temp range and lock it out so that it can't go above or below a max.I have a digital watchdog commercial grade camera system.

The apartments can also almost be broken down into smaller parts for layout configurations.  6 plex, 12 plex, 18 plex, and 24 plex, three-story walk-ups is our model.  

Kitchen special configurations and sink cutouts are harder to move, but I've sold a few and if all else fails, list for free and someone will certainly at least take them away for you and you can hope they'll be repurposed! 

The other 2BR was downstairs with the larger kitchen.Through the years, doing residential rentals, I ran across professions needing private offices at home, but seeing a limited number of clients such as a psychologists, an architects, so the extra space on 2 floors can be configured to suit these clients.
