My cleaners handle it for me which is standard in my market and the markup to drain, fill and clean is only around $25 on top of the cleaning fee if I am not mistaken.

I'm guessing because it is probably more of a sure thing with higher occupancy and more cleaners/handyman companies etc? 

My STRs are in a small destination mountain town and finding good cleaners is the #1 struggle.

We have one of these heat pump water heaters, it is like an air conditioner in the space you put it in and ours is a tank heater.
