And on top of that (and to make a long story short) my ex-wife stole more than $800k from me when we split and we are in a nasty child custody case which costs a crap load of money.

I would also call child protective services.

But the gas and water need to stay in our name as landlords (per the water and gas companies), and we will bill those amounts back to the tenants.We have 1 single man who has 1 child who will live with him 1/2 time in the upper level, and we have 1 single woman who has 3 children who will live with her 1/2 time in the lower level.

Property management is managing it and giving check on the name of property owner who is Child LLCprior cpa was filing taxes under Parent LLc as the child LLc is a pass through entity.

When we told someone about the possible naming of our child that, they said "Do you mean Eliyahu?"

I am planning to buy and hold for 10 years and sell it for my child education and my retirement.Or if I hav the finance increase the value by building a mini commercial complex like McDonald,postal service,petrol station,etc,The location is a issue now.Either I should buy in urban or rural area.If you need any other additional info please let me know.Tonnes of appreciation

I will be taking a little pause (about 3 months off) around Christmas or New Years for the birth of my first child and for some stuff I need to do professionally, but I plan on getting back at it next summer and having those 2 units completely up and running by the beginning of May 2018.  

Spoke to tenant and was told Sept rent should be coming, there was loss of child support, and rent payments will be back on track for Oct 1st.    

My wife and I are expecting our first child in February and would love to have some cash flow outside of our daily jobs.
