An REO that appears to be a carbon copy right next to it just sold for about $60K under asking price, that might be a big part of the hold up, although it doesn't explain 2 years worth of active hanging around on the MLS.

@Steve BabiakBelieve one of the manufacturer recommendations is to store in an approved container outside and re-fill the units outside and to also use a carbon monoxide detector:"NEVER fill heater fuel tank in living space; fill tank outdoors""NEVER store or transport kerosene in other than a metal or plastic container that is (1)acceptable for kerosene, (2) non-red in color, and (3) clearly marked “Kerosene”.

Hi, I have a 3 family property (built in 1900) that I purchased about 2 years ago and just recently got a home energy audit and in order to take advantage of the state of Massachusetts credit toward insulation of the unit, I am going to have to replace the below space heater because the carbon monoxide emissions are slightly above the allowed limit.
