From here it is child's play to sed or grep it out.I did have a breakthrough and have solved the problem.

But once I break through that barrier I will be well on my way.

And then ONE or TWO breakthroughs that allowed you to start on this REI journey.ONE stumbling block:My career.    

I like glass block because they look nice, let in light, and police have said that they are extremely hard to break through.

And if the owner is FIL to the broker, that's a tight bond - tough to break through. 

But if you know how to get the phone to ring in Durham/Raleigh you may be able to break through here.

I feel so grateful to have such an amazing team of mentors and support staff that love helping our students have breakthroughs in their businesses and eventually lead them towards doing deals.  

However, I'm having a fundamental gap in my understanding which will eventually come up.... so I'm trying to break through it now.  

You're a smart guy, I'm sure you can figure out a way to make money in REI while avoiding the stuff you don't feel right about ... it may end up being a breakthrough you need to become even more successful.

In each case, there's always a breakthrough involved.
