By the book I think you still need it with updated owner info but I’d check with the city. 

As I read Davids book I am learning that PM make or break you.

I'm already half way through 'Build a Rental Property Empire' but he's definitely not going to go into the ins and outs of self directed IRAs in that book. I

@Megan Greathouse If I'm being honest, and this may be blasphemy on BP, but Frank Gallinelli's book is the best for beginner to intermediate REI.

I think the book is a good introduction to Notes and would fit under the popular theme of “Notes for Dummies”.

They answer what's changed in the new tax laws and if the book is still relevant :)  I'd look for their (Amanda & Brandon's) other podcasts too and see if those can give you answers to some of your questions.
