Here are demographics and economic factors we're watching that could translate to a housing slow down.The largest group of borrowers, baby boomers, are aging out.

Where the woman talks about how everything going to be perfect on that day and the guy nods along with a sly little smile and you know he's just waiting until something better than his baby mama comes along to ditch her, pilfer the savings, and run away from child support as fast as he can.

I hate calling the police, but I think in this case it was the right move.Anyway, both were guys with criminal records not on the lease trying to live with their "baby-mamas." 

Trying to hold this thing as your own baby and protecting it won't get you to where you need to go.
