Sometimes the persistence has to rise to the level of becoming a community reform leader (New Worry for Home Buyers: A Party House Next Door), but the end outcome can be positive.In my case, a carpet was installed after my noisy neighbor moved out, which provided half the solution, and subsequent neighbors were reminded about the quiet hours at the time they signed the lease, which provided the other half (these people also had the attitude of wanting to get along with their neighbors and kept their noise down as a result).

@David Neese Hah~ Yes, I like that analogy "Drug deal sitting around with a bag of cash"... lol~ ridiculous, but this realtor really did have an attitude (and I suspect she let it slip that she belongs to Berkshire Hathaway/Omaha's Elite real estate since her email signature was also on her personal email to me, perhaps it was her (expired?)

Anyone can make good money in real estate, but it takes time, a lot of hard work, the right attitude, some skill and persistence.

I like me a little attitude on here, but holy entitlement, Batman.

I like the idea of helping out a community that I have lived in for 20 years and as you can imagine, "fair market rent" in this city is a very hot topic with many tenants that have a retaliatory attitude towards landlords.

We as a community tend to let things go because it "isn't worth the hassle" but this attitude is often responsible for the continuation of this kind of behavior and you would be providing a valuable community service. 

I have had enough of him, his attitude, his excuses and his lack of progress. 

Personality and attitude all factor in as well as the hard facts of screening.....credit, income, employment, landlord reference, and multiple personal preferences.

If that was her attitude before giving me money it would be much worse later. 

If for instance wholesalers had this ATTITUDE, then I wouldn't be working with their 'dead leads' and paying them a 'finder's fee' for referrals they otherwise can do a NOTHING WITH.
