Most notably a rehab that went $100k over budget and a failed attempt at Airbnbing an Airstream that was a $30k mistake 

Many people have attempted (and failed) to outwit the IRS on this matter.

There is ZERO chance the repair would be made within the guest’s stay. 5 days is a fast repair for a warranty company. 10-14 days for the first attempt is more likely. 

The Nordstrom family is making a renewed effort to take their iconic department store chain private, marking their second attempt since 2017.

The security deposit was about 1.5x monthly rent..... the PM attempted to collect the final rent payment but was unsuccessful.....Now according to the property management company they need to technically apply the security deposit to the rent (according to them is part of some sort of fair housing law or something etc.) vs applying it to the damage caused by the tenant. 

OWNER will attempt torepair the problem as soon as possible upon notice by the TENANT.

My advice to everyone is you should never attempt to circumvent fair housing ......End of discussion.
