additionally can anyone estimate what's the average cost for a management company in that area. so far i got several offers and they all seem high (one month + 10% + multiple additional expenses)thanks 1 months rent as well as 10% monthly fee is pretty standard around here.All the bigger companies (Cleveland Property Management, Holton-Wise, Re/Max Haven, Howard Hanna etc...) are all charging roughly the same thing.
