Those tenants could not afford the higher rents from direct road frontage and sightlines with nice larger back anchors like a Wal-mart, Super- Target, Home Depot, Costo, Lowe's, etc.Those mom and pop tenants did fine with lower rents and straggler customers willing to drive and find them.

Maybe If Walmart puts in a store, they expect that area to grow & Walmart did all research for you.My cities population is decreasing. 

I bought a TCL 4K 75" Smart LED HDTV online from Wal Mart yesterday. 

I live around there.Spruce Pine has all your average stuff available - Ingles grocery store, a bunch of fast food and small independent restaurants, a Walmart. 

Immaculately manicured lawn.Land is very difficult to come by in this highly desirable country area that's close to townIt's located in Erie county from 10 to 19 min away from things like downtown Erie, Lake Erie waterfront & beaches or Walmart and every box store/restaurant/ chain store you can think of.

& they can use their stimulus money to book it, much like the rush when Wal-Mart put out all the cheap 65" TV's when the $1200 checks rolled in. 

Yet he won't tell Lowes or Walmart to let you walk out with a stack of stuff without paying for it.

Product was Good after finally up n running though.paylease.com works with Walmart & (in my area Kroger Supermarkets, possibly others in a different area) to receive cash payments, and a few smaller market / party stores in that backend payment network, presumably western union type network locations.Paylease offers integration with Rent Manager with API integration (automatic), and I hear property boss as well (but i hear property boss charges alot setup for this bundle of services that include this integration) and Buildium and some others via a file that is downloaded from paylease & uploaded to the management software / website.
