Listing would be deactivated due to to many messages being sent and not enough booking.

They ended up taking out money to to fix up the property and to rent it out.

First Financial Bank is very investor friendly and I believe they will be able to to do everything you need with the exception of having locations outside the Cincinnati market. 

You may also want to start talking with your bank to to see what kind of loan you could get and in what price point.Best of luck.

Im wondering if i can do a 203k for the side for sale and get some hard money to BRRRR for the other sides purchase and rehab and try to combine the allotted rehab costs to to handle the outside work on the whole unit?
