Within walking distance of the zoo, food/coffee shops, the golf course, and Big Bear Mountain!

Its such a zoo, I ended up looking toward the suburbs of Tacoma, Federal Way, Kent, etc.This definitely helps my mental roadblock that Seattle is near impossible to invest in.

I'm not running a zoo.

It's quite literally a zoo and most times the few valuable properties that end up remaining on list on auction day are bid up to full retail value or higher.

I live around an hour and a half from Cleveland and go there several times a year for a few museums the zoo and hard rock cafe , other than that i consider Cleveland a giant ghetto with horrible roads ..Seems like west coast investors get all hot and heavy about Cleveland and Detroit which is a mystery to people like me 

Add to that all the amusement parks, zoos, ocean, sports teams and venues, shopping, etc. and it's probably one of the top destinations for vacation getaways, as it's a very well rounded draw. 

In addition the much of the rest of the year had closed beaches, zoos, museums, etc. 

Exploring new places is a little hard since we well into a routine taking them to the Alexandria zoo or Shreveport Sci-port center.

This is where the confidence part is important - knowing you are the type of zoo animal who will handle whatever comes.

An epic trip to the zoo and/or park down the street is a happy weekend for us3) Depending on the market, buying-right can lower your largest fixed expense This is kind of a "duh!"
