Here are the reasons I decided to create my own1- The platform's analysis of the deal submissions were based on metrics, their underwriters were inexperienced and lacked the knowledge and experience required to understand anything outside the box2- The fees charged by the platforms were too high in relation to the capital raised3- The capital raise took way too long4- The legal structure used by the platforms did not fit into my business model5- The platforms required that I pay upfront fees I'm not sure creating a platform for one syndication is worth it financially or time wise.
