Yes, I agree that concrete over concrete is a bad idea, but there are many ways to fix up the crack concrete patio like you can replace the entire patio, along with flowers and the borders, you can also resurface the top or you can polymer the slab lifting surface of the patio.

When I had the pool resurfaced, the resurfacing company said it was capped and expect that is the case.

I was recently advised that we needed to resurface an asphalt driveway at a cost of about $5000 just to get a rental permit.

Although it did not move forward this time I expect this bill or something similar to resurface as the reason it didn’t pass was simply that legislators didn’t have time to hear from both sides.
