I just finished reading @Brandon Turner's book on "Rental Property Investing" (all 350+ pages in a few hours... it's a fantastic book and I'll reread it again next week!). 

I know absolutly nothing outside of what I have read in those books and am going to have to re read them because I know that I missed a lot.

Maybe start with offering $500 and go from there.Edit: On rereading, you would need to delay close by 2 full months in order for the timeline to line up.

After rereading that rambling, apparently I also have a problem with coherence. 

Re-reading my initial post, I'm realizing I worded my intentions in a strange way.I am 100% looking for a house hacking rental-type situation.

@George P. you should reread my post..I said I invest in stocks, real estate and private investing.

I'm certainly planning to re-read David Greene's book on BRRRR but thought I would reach out for first hand experience in the meantime.

@Casey Powers has written a lot of good Informative posts, and I would re read those.

I went back to the beginning and re-read the Ultimate Beginners Guide and felt like taking action today by getting involved on these forums.I want to become financially free through buying and holding small multi-family properties.
